The Brazilian midfielder, who was out nearly seven months after tearing his right ACL last fall, returned to action on Tuesday in FC Barcelona’s Champions League quarter-final first leg versus Atlético Madrid. He played 30 minutes, and then started in Saturday’s match at Anoeta versus Real Sociedad, playing the first half before being replaced by Andrés Iniesta at the intermission.
