Luis Enrique's hat-trick against Betis

Next up for Barça in La Liga is a trip to Betis, a side that Luis Enrique punished severely in his playing days with three goals on 19 January 1997, when the Catalans won 4-2 at the Benito Villamarín.

In fact, Barça were 2-0 down at half-time. After the break, the current coach unleashed his full force with his only ever hat-trick for the team on the road, although he did score others in front of the home fans at the Camp Nou.

The other Barça goal in that game was an absolute corker from Ronaldo – and they’re all worth seeing again in this video.

Luis Enrique now returns to the Benito Villamarín for the first time as FCB first team manager, although he did travel to the Betis stadium both in his time on the bench at Barça B (2-2) and with Celta (1-2).
