The FC Barcelona first team, along with manager Luis Enrique and the coaching staff, visited the Johan Cruyff Memorial at Camp Nou on Tuesday morning to pay their final respects to the legendary player and coach.

Prior to arriving at the stadium, the team held a minute of silence at the beginning of their training session at the Ciutat Esportiva, followed by a regular workout.

Virtually the whole team was on hand with the only exceptions being those players still away on international duty.

Head coach Luis Enrique led the team into the memorial and, once outside, spoke into the microphone before the public and the media.

“To speak of Cruyff is to speak of football,” he said. “He made the sport about entertainment and titles…Johan leaves us a fantastic legacy that will live on. We will always remember him.”

Both Luis Enrique and the players signed messages of condolences in the books made available at the Memorial.
