Valencia will be managed on Saturday by team delegate Salvador González Voro, who is serving as caretaker coach before Gary Neville, who was presented on Thursday, definitively takes over the new post on Sunday.

That said, the last six years have seen two victories by the only narrowest of margins (3-2 and 1-0) and there draws (2-2, 0-0 and 2-2).
Taking a more recent view of things, Valencia might be in an uncharacteristically lowly ninth place in the table, but they have yet to be beaten at home following three wins and three draws – and they’ve only conceded two goals in the process.
But it’s probably the home side who’ll be losing the most sleep ahead of the meeting on Saturday at 8.30pm CET. Barça have just strung together seven consecutive wins, and have scored a mammoth 26 goals in six games. With 33 goals, Barça are the top scoring team in La Liga. So, tomorrow promises to be a fascinating duel between the sharpest attack and the team with the best defensive record at home.
