FC Barcelona first team trains for the second time in the Mitsuzawa Stadium in a longer and more intense session than the one on Monday

FC Barcelona have continued their preparations for the Club World Cup. Luis Enrique gathered his players at 11.00am Japanese time, once again at the Mitsuzawa Stadium, located about four kilometres from their base at the Royal Park Hotel, the second tallest building in the country, from which the 15,000 capacity ground can be seen.

Tuesday’s workout was longer and more intense than the one on Monday just after the team had arrived on the flight from Barcelona. Like on Monday, the injured Neymar Jr and Douglas stayed in the hotel gymnasium.

The team will train again on Wednesday at 6.30 local time. This will be the first session in Yokohama Stadium, the venue for Thursday semi-final against Guangzhou Evergrande of China (7.30pm local time, 11.30am CET).
