FC Barcelona are flying to Cologne

The first team left Barcelona this morning to play their last group stage game in the Champions League against Bayer Leverkusen

FC Barcelona are in the air and headed to their final group stage game of the 2015/16 UEFA Champions league. The Barça expedition, which includes 19 players for the game against Bayer 04 Leverkusen, left Barcelona – El Prat Airport for Cologne, Germany at 10:04am. The charter flight will take approximately two hours and twenty minutes, and is expected to land in Cologne at 12.25 pm.

Visiting the scene of the game

Once in Germany, Barça will go to thir hotel to rest and recharge their batteries before their final training session. The team will have their first contact with the BayArena turf in a session scheduled for 7.00pm, following a press conference featuring Luis Enrique and Marc-André ter Stegen. The clash against Bayer Leverkusen will be played on Wednesday at 8:45pm.
