The first semi-final between the hosts and Peru takes place on Monday 8.30pm local time/1.30am Tuesday morning CET

There are just four teams left in the battle for the Copa América title. The first semi-final sees Claudio Bravo’s Chile side take on Peru on Monday at 8.30pm local time/1.30am early hours of Tuesday morning CET.

Claudio Bravo and his side have made it to the last four of the competition for the first time since 1999 and for the eighteenth time in their history. Chile will take on twice winners Peru, who lost at the same stage of the competition four years ago against eventual champions Uruguay and who have exceeded expectations by reaching the semi-finals once again.

The hosts earned their place in the Copa América semi-finals with a hard fought 1-0 win over Uruguay in the previous round. Defender Gonzalo Jara will miss the game against Peru after receiving a three game ban for his part in the dismissal of Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani in the quarter-final. Should Chile and Claudio Bravo make it to the final they will face the winner of Tuesday’s semi-final between Messi and Mascherano’s Argentina side and Paraguay.
