The players that started the match against PSG did recovery work while the others exercised with the B team
The squad will have a day off on Friday and on Saturday they will start preparing for the league match with Zaragoza
Today’s first team recovery session also includes the players from Barça B. The venue was pitch number 1 at the Ciutat Esportiva the morning after the side qualified for the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League. As usual, the players that started the match went through the recovery routine, while the others worked full on in preparation for Sunday’s league fixture against Real Zaragoza.
Cesc and Thiago the focus
This Thursday is a special day for both Cesc Fàbregas and Thiago Alcántara. The former because on Friday night he became a father for the first time and for the latter because it’s his 22nd birthday. Both players were heartily congratulated by their team mates.
The team now has Friday off and will be back for training on Saturday morning.
