The Camp Nou hosts another classico between Barça and Real Madrid – a match up that seems to increase its global stretch year on year. FC Barcelona offer a wide range of digital options to follow the game and give the fans the chance to enjoy the event as much as possible.

The Club’s official website will be covering the game in seven languages – following the recent launching of versions in Chinese, French and Arabic. This week the web has also strengthened its graphic content, with a redesign that allows for easier reading thanks to bigger headlines and a clearer typeface, as well as making the photos larger and a news section which is more agile and attractive. All improvements which increase the attraction of the web to provide the best news service for fans and members.

52 million social network followers

Barça come into the game as leaders on the social networks, keeping their spot as the leading sports organisation after becoming the first team to top 50 million followers across the various social platforms.

The hashtag #classicFCB is also likely to be a big hit over the next few days, giving Barça fans the chance to share their photos across the various social networks.

On Facebook alone, Barça now have more than 35.300.000 fans, nearly six million more than they had for the last league meeting with Madrid in April and maintaining the spectacular growth in numbers that has seen the Club rated amongst the top 30 pages in the world.

Four official Twitter accounts

The Club have added an official French twitter account (@fcbarcelona_fra) to the three existing accounts – @fcbarcelona, @fcbarcelona_es and @fcbarcelona_cat and all the 12.5 million Barça fans on Twitter, will be able to share their support for the team at the hashtag # classicFCB

Other Barça 2.0 options during the Classico are Google Plus, where Barça are the third biggest page in the world, having doubled their numbers over the last five months, and the Chinese network Tencent Weibo, where the team boast more than 1.6 million followers.

Barça TV, Ràdio Barça, FCB Live!…

As well as a special coverage on Barça TV, with pre-match and post-match coverage, fans can also tune into Ràdio Barça -in Catalan, Spanish and English .during the game. There are also the different Club apps, including the new version of Fantasy Manager 2013, where users can become Barça manager, FCB Live! with stats in real time or FC Barcelona Starscup are just some of the many options to follow the big game from the Camp Nou.
