The first team are currently on their way to Madrid, where they will face Getafe on Sunday at 5 PM

FC Barcelona will close out 2013 with the league match at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez. The match against Getafe will kick off at 5 in the afternoon and that’s why Tata Martino decided to travel to the Spanish capital on Saturday. The 18-man team are currently en route to Madrid, after their plane was delayed for 25 minutes. Dani Alves is the newest addition to the squad after he successfully recovered from injury, while Xavi (injury) and Puyol (technical reasons) will miss the match.

Vice president of the Social Area, Jordi Cardoner, and director Pilar Guinovart are travelling with the team. Director of football Andoni Zubizarreta and first team doctor Ricard Pruna, both of whom returned from Argentina this weekend, will meet up with the expedition in Madrid.
